Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We hired Ryan with Roto Rooters to install a new water line for our refrigerator. Ryan was friendly and communicated every step of the way. Answered my million questions , measured everything precisely to avoid extra drywall repairs , and cleaned up very well after himself. Ryan took his time and never once dismissed our interruptions , excellent customer service. The job was performed the same day I called , and at an affordable price. We will definitely be hiring him again in the future and recommending his services to our friends and family .

This all happened while I was sleeping on the couch, but to their credit, they notified me by phone call, text message, and email. I truly appreciated the communication and professionalism.
