Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a water filtration system installed in my home in August of 2025. The filters need to be replaced replaced every 6 months. I am a senior lady and felt I would need help accomplishing this. I had the filters, so I call Roto Rooter to come to my rescue! They sent a great technician and he was terrific. Regrettably, I did not get his name. What I can say is … twice now, I have used Roto Rooter and both time I have been extremely pleased with the prompt arrival of the technician and the efficiency in which they accomplished the job. Thank you.

I just want to give a huge shout out to the Roto-Rooter team. From receptionist to the techs getting it done. Maranda, was absolutely fantastic with working with us to get the emergency job done. Before this weather came in. Adam, showed up to inspect our place to make sure no water damages, then the whole gang showed up, from Christian, to Korbyn to Pete and Manny all bringing their own expertise to get the job at hand done. This was by far the best experience with a company of this nature. Roto-Rooter came when promised and finished the job before noon as I needed to make a doctor's appointment. The technicians were pleasant and helpful explaining what happened and took care of it. And I cannot complain about the cost of the repair of the leak.

Christian and Joseph were great. They worked together to properly diagnose the issues that I had and then gave me some options to fix the problems. Very professional and courteous. Took their time with me. I will definitely use Roto Rooter in the future for all of my plumbing needs. These guys worked hard and it was much appreciated. Fair and honest service.

I rarely ever post negative reviews, but after this experience I felt it was necessary. I had Roto-Rooter come out to look at an issue with my hot water heater. The technician took one quick look and immediately told me I needed a brand-new unit — no real inspection, no explanation, no effort to troubleshoot. The water heater is only three years old, and after doing some research myself, I knew something wasn’t adding up. Thankfully, I called a different company afterward and they actually listened, inspected the issue properly, and confirmed nothing was wrong with the water heater at all — it was simply a water pressure issue in the home.
