the technician, they sent out was amazing. Very polite did the work efficiently and neatly and explained what was going on. What I did not like was the pricing. I never heard of playing almost four hundred dollars to have your preventative sewer lines cleaned. What I didn't like also is having someone come out after them. And then ask you, who did the work in a tone that implies you had monkeys do it and that it 's about to break.And then inform you that they could fix it for a really high price. I feel the try to upsell you like a car salesman, but I want to reiterate.The young gentleman that came out to do the work was fantastic.It is not his fault.If that is how the company operates. They were able to give me a little better price. But without a warranty insinuating that if I don't pay

Great! Called at 6:15 pm Arrived at 7:00 pm Shower started "backing up" with water. Ended up needing a Main Sewer line clean out. Completely Stopped Up. Clog was at the farthest end of home line before dropping into city sewer 70 feet away. Quick and Easy! But prices have gone up for 2026... $542

We had a pipe burst in the attic and it was the middle of the night. I'm very happy. I found the white glove as the first call. Sean showed up within a matter of less than an hour, extracted all the water and set up equipment. The following morning Geo came by our house and immediately gathered our insurance information and helped us open a claim and deal with the adjuster since this is the first time we ever had an issue like this. The guidance really helped us to understand the process and make sure we are not cutting cornersand I have to say he kept guiding us along the way until everything was settled and completely understood by all sides

Our serviceman Guillermo was really great he was nice and explained everything we asked. If we ever call Roto-Rooter again we will ask for Guillermo. Great service.

Our office building had a fire that started in the service room and got a lot of smoke and soot into all offices. White Glove came out right after the fire crew left and started doing their thing. They set up a bunch of machines and had multiple people fully suited up wiping down all the areas at the office building to make sure all particles were cleaned out It smells much better and feels much healthier now Thanks WG !
