Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I thought I could easily replace a bathroom faucet. Until I started working on it. It turns out there were three different metals between the faucet and the pipes in the walls that had fused together. Thanks to Ron’s visit on a Saturday afternoon, I was able to finish and get a working faucet! He was able to open the wall and replace the multi metal mess with copper, and left me with the shut offs and a beautiful jumping off point to finish the day long project. While he was here, Rob was super helpful in not only making the repair, but he talked me through what was in the wall, what he was doing and even dropped a few plumbing tips during his visit to inspire me to be able to take on more projects. Knowing Roto Rooter is there for me if something goes sideways!

Third guy got the job done right with great advice, a few hours after the second guy had not scoped the camera but did do a thorough report about upscale the work necessary and the first guy left too soon before work was completed two reams to get our shotty old lines flowing smoothly again, we can run our washing machine. 👍 thanks for the quickest response I've experienced in the market these days. Ron was great, excellent technician/plumber. Roto rooter was a pain to deal with. I called on Saturday, and we were scheduled between 4 and 8pm. Because we were able to get scheduled I didn't call another place. Around 7:45pm we got a call that we would not be getting someone to help our issue but someone would be over first thing Sunday morning, maybe as early as 9:00am. We made sure we were home and at 11:30am I called roto rooter to see if we were getting someone. They said we were scheduled for the 11am-3pm block, which had not been communicated previously. I was stuck with waiting yet again and said that's fine. 3:00 came and went and we called roto rooter AGAIN, and they said the person who had been scheduled with us wasn't answering their phone so they needed to figure it out. H

I am totally pleased and impressed buy my experience with Roto rooter. Everything about it was great. Scheduling the appointment was effortless and quick. The technician, Jack, was very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong and had my drain cleared and running within minutes.
