Our Rottler serviceman, Alan, is so pleasant and respectful. (All our Rottler servicemen have been over the years!) He responds to our requests for follow-up care between regular visits. We appreciate his kindness and efficiency. We think Rottler is a good company, and Alan reflects this quality over and above.

Kirk was prompt for the appointment and explained in great detail what was needed for a long over due treatment. He did a preliminary termite inspection as well due to a house further down the street having found a termite issue. I felt he did a thorough treatment all through the house and outside. Great job, Kirk!

Brandon was prompt arriving when scheduled. He was thorough explaining inspection and explaining options verifying if bed bug infestation. The K-9 inspection team arrived the SAME DAY three hours later to confirm all was clear and no further services were needed. Both gals, with beagle inspection dogs, were kind, educated, and also thorough in their inspections allowing me to feel comfortable of no further threat. They are the best pest control I have used in my 35 years or property management experience!
