Rove Pest Control

Would never coordinate scheduling to make sure it worked for in-house bug spraying and traps. Because of this everytime theyd schedule me id have to call to reschedule. Multiple times they didnt give either enough advance notice (no more than 8-30 minutes) and even then they wouldn’t knock on the door or just MAYBE leave a flyer. My backyard is locked so they’d consistently not give enough advance notice, walk around the front half of the house and charge me for a full job. Yet the inside isnt sprayed or serviced and neither is the other half of the outside of the house. One of the techs also hit on me. Even in trying to cancel my service after hearing all this they were trying to upsell me. Their business is terrible!! Idk why this place has so many high star ratings. It has to be a bunch

On time and very friendly. I appreciate when tell me exactly what they will be doing. I started a year of services this fall. They took care of my wasp situation.

I really love the Rove team. Always very courteous and neat in appearance. They come back for a "boost" if needed, the ants are a forcr to reckoned with this year. I would recommend Rove, if someone were to ask. Otherwise it is highly unlikely that I'd bring it up myself. Peace.

Ever since Rove has been taken over by Greenix, both the service and customer service have gotten significantly worse. We ended up canceling our service at both the properties we had with them. Do not recommend since they sold the company.

Joshua was extremely thorough and professional. He responded to my requests without hesitation and followed through. I appreciate the services Rove provides and their dedicated staff who always get's the job done! Thank you Rove!
