Rowe provided unbelievable service! My wife and I noticed a burning plastic smell and we realized one of our outlets was actually melting. I called as soon as they opened and Pat assured me he'd fit us in. He certainly did. He took care of us that day, did great work, and the price was more than worth our piece of mind and gratitude. Would recommend a thousand times over!

Rowe checked all the boxes: fair price, responsive on the phone, everyone there was friendly and did exemplary work. Would not hesitate to use Rowe again. Update: needed to have Rowe out again to replace an EV charger and not only did Rowe fit me in quickly, but Kevin the electrician also fixed a circuit that was failing mysteriously and intermittently that others had tried to fix and failed.

I highly recommend! Kevin and Andrew were incredibly professional and took the time to educate me about what they were doing and why!

We accidentally fell about Rowe when we found a flat tire while in the area. Jeff and Jerry came out to help us change the tire in 5 minutes flat - saving us an 80 minute wait for roadside assistance. If this isn’t testament to the quality of customer service, I do not know what is. Thanks again for the help!
