My experience with Rox Sol has been nothing less than positive. Allison responded to all my communications promptly and answered all my questions patiently, professionally, and thoroughly. I would not consider using any other soil testing company in the future.

I had an incredible experience working with Roxsol on my new build. They were able to clear some trees but leave many big ones for my leech field. Their estimate was accurate, scheduling was straightforward, payment was easy to do electronically. I could get a hold of them whenever I needed and they answered all of my questions completely. I have absolutely no notes or ideas on how they can improve. My experience was perfect.

The team at RoxSol was great to work with! Allison was very responsive and had great communication throughout the entire process. I called asking for a soil test on short notice and they were able to get out the next morning, even with a busy schedule. They sent a very detailed report. Highly recommend!

My experience with using Roxsol's soil services for a UV aerator septic system design for a new build has been a positive one. The process of assessing the situation on the phone and in the field to providing the timely final 5 page comprehensive report with site plan, notes, product info, BOM and detailed instructions for the installer was great! I certainly appreciate their important services on this piece of our project.

I would give negative stars if I could. I am currently getting ready to build a new home and was looking for a soil evaluation to be done. I was given their information from the county health department as a recommended service. I was quoted $550 over the phone for a soil evaluation and was asked if they could head out to the property on a day I couldn't be there. I went to the property the next day to find three soil test locations marked. I then received the invoice via email. I was charged $675 for soil evaluation and $700 for septic design which wasn't requested or completed. When I called, they were very annoyed that I was reaching out and was argumentative when I stated that I was charged incorrectly based on my quote.
