Frank was wonderful! My mother was sick and had just been released from the hospital. We had a "carpet emergency" (won't go into the details) and I needed someone to come out that day. I called around and everyone was booked. I left a message with Royal and Frank called me back within minutes. I explained the situation (it was a messy, gross situation) and he came out in about an hour. She lives in an upstairs apartment and he had a heck of a time getting all his stuff up there, but he did and the carpet looked wonderful. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Frank!!

Frank arrived exactly on time, communicated really well, and did a great job. Great option for a local carpet cleaning service actually from Winder. Will use him again and refer to neighbors and friends.

Frank was not only a very nice man, he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I had previously had a bad experience with one of those "it's going to cost you extra", carpet companies..... but, Frank did a great job, spot cleaned everything, cleaned specific areas I asked him to, and never asked for an extra dime!! I would highly recommend him, and this company!

Mr. Frank arrived right on time, was very friendly, explained how he was going to clean, answered my questions and went right to work. The carpets are nearly 4 years old and have never been cleaned. They looked amazing afterwards. Almost new. Highly recommend these folks. Support your small local companies!

Definitely 5 stars! Very impressed with how wonderful my carpets look now. Very knowledgeable on how to get my heavy traffic areas clean. Frank was very friendly and a hard worker. I will use Royal Carpet every time and confident to refer them to my family and friends.
