Royal Flush sewer and septic

Frank did an amazing job for my wife and I. He removed an old water heater and replaced it with a new higher quality one. He also installed a faucet in our kitchen and repaired the garbage disposal in the same visit. He arrived on time and went straight to work! He had all the right tools, his workmanship was top quality and his attitude and professionalism were exemplary!!! His pricing was very fair and he took extra care to thank us for choosing him for our repairs. I could not be happier or more impressed with Frank's work... He is a clearly guy who is trustworthy, honest and genuinely wants to do the right job for his customers! Highly Recommended!

Frank of Royal Flush Plumbing did an outstanding job repairing my well pump. He was punctual and found the problem right away. He replaced the switch and the well is running great. It’s hard to find honest repair people . He could of got me to believe it was more than the switch.. but he was honest and precise.. Five Stars for Frank at Royal Flush!!!! Don’t use any other than Royal Flush!!!!

First and foremost, we tried our best to give Frank the benefit of the doubt. He was paid up front ($1130.80) for a job that, 2+ months later, is not complete. It's true...as of yesterday, we finally told him to never step foot on our property, so how long it would have taken, we will never know. We learned the hard way, but don't want to see anyone else scammed out of money. Did we constantly check in with him? You betcha. We have a nice little timeline that shows constant check ins followed by one excuse after another. Do things happen? Absolutely. Should it take 2+ months to replace the foot valve in a well? Absolutely not. Did he need a license for that work per requirements in NC? Yep. Does he have one according to the licensing board? Nope. Lesson learned and we are happily moving on

Excellent service! Frank squeezed us in on a Saturday. He showed up, got the jobs done quickly and efficiently, and the price was right! He has a great sense of humor!! Thanks again! We will definitely use them again.

Frank was a God send. He came right away as I thought I had a serious problem. He diagnosed the issue and explained what the problem was. He didn't charge me as it was a different problem. That is extremely rare these days, anyone else would charge a fee just for showing up, especially since he had to drive from Holden Beach to Oak Island. Like I said, he is a God send and I will definitely call him if I ever have another problem. He really put my mind at easy as I had been up most the night worrying. I won't forget his kindness and I am blessed to have been fortunate to have called him!!!
