I reached out to Tim to install my 2.5 ton AC unit in my home. Tim and his crew of guys are very professional and fairly priced. I was nervous that there would be a lot of drywall dust everywhere when they cut the returns and ducts, but when they cut it another one would hold the vacuum next to the blade so no dust got anywhere. Tim is really straightforward and easy to work with. They showed up on time, were very respectful, did great work, and were fairly priced. I would 100% recommend them to anyone else!

Fantastic service! Tim came promptly and serviced my heat pump on a Saturday morning. He was so courteous and explained everything he did. It's going to be 100 degrees next week so I'm very happy. Call this company-you won't regret it.

This company is AMAZING! We had a house built and this company was the only part of the build that was pleasant. They really stand by their work and customers. Our ductwork is as custom made just for our house and it looks incredible. Any time I call and have a question or need help they ALWAYS show up! It’s hard to find a company like that nowadays. I had a house built that just went over the 4yr mark. In those four years I've had to replace my pump for septic and now my blower for the ac unit. Needless to say my ac crapped out on the memorial holiday weekend. Temperatures inside my house were in the 80's. My kids were cranky, I couldn't sleep before work, and our animals preferred it outside. That's when I made a call to Royal Heating and Air. Tim was quick to call me back, on Saturday. As, we went over what he needed to help speed up process for his technician. After an hr he informed me that the blower I had wasn't something that he kept on truck. These guys are really great. We've used them three times, and each time we've been very happy with the service, the technician, and the price. Most contractors and vendors want to "sell up," but they fixed our 15-year-old unit and told us it might last another couple of years. That saved a LOT of money! Edit: Again, we called Royal Heating, and we told them we were thinking of replacing our aging system. They made a small fix and said we should stick with our old system a year or more longer. They literally turned down a "take my money" offer. Amazing!
