We had our roof replaced and gutters changed by Royal Home Restoration. Overall, we are quite satisfied with the service. The team was reliable, professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. They also kept the work area clean and tidy. Although there were a few minor issues and the process took a bit longer than expected, the final result was definitely worth it. We truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work.

Terrible company from start to finish terrible communication and terrible workmanship. It started with drip edge that they were notified about after the tear off that didn’t get removed. They waited until the roof got replaced to tear it off, which they tore off the perimeter of the roof as well and had to redo it. In the meantime they left damaged shingles that were worn cracked and had damage from nails. We had exposed sheeting by the corner of the gutters and drip edge cut to short. There were nails put in under the tar strip that were exposed. We also had damage siding and a light, and we found trim and soffit that got painted with all these issues we were told it’s all within threshold. Their solution to some issues where to tell me, I’m too picky and to bring me extra gutter support

The roofers were professional, prompt, courteous and made sure we were able continue our daily activities throughout the installation.
