I contacted Royal Manufacturing to make a simple sheet. Robert helped me with the estimate. There were many strange charges like $55 to print out our design or $65 to bring the sheet metal to the laser cutter, but we didnt care. We wanted the part fast and would pay anything. I asked for an itemized invoice and was denied instead an email with the price plus tax. So I called and asked tax on labor is iligal. How much is the part. You can tax me on that. He said let me check with the owner then they replied in an email. We dont have time to deal with your little project. We have large aerospace and government jobs. Better luck elsewhere.

This is my second glowing review for Royal Manufacturing Industries, and let me tell you, they've done it again. After my first delightful tango with their Royal Miller table, I decided to dive back into the prospecting treasure chest and snagged myself a Royal Box with Header. And just like last time, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I clicked "add to cart" (or whatever the modern-day equivalent is for "I need this awesome thing now!"), Bernardo and his crew at Royal Manufacturing Industries were on it. They didn't just meet my expectations; they soared right past them, doing backflips

I purchased the Royal 50” Highbanker Sluice, unboxed it and set it up. I was impressed with the build quality and fitment of all of the parts. This setup requires no tools to assemble, and only about 10 minutes of your time. It collapses down and can easily be transported to your workings. You can either set it up as a true highbanker, or remove the hopper, and install the included flare and use it in a creek or a river. I am going to set this one up at my house to be a dedicated, recirculating sluice for cleanups. Shipping was fast, and customer service at Royal is top notch! I look forward to doing business again!
