Royal Plus went above and beyond for us. On March 6, 2026, they completely resolved a long standing issue with our guest bedroom vent. Not only did they fix the original problem, but they also replaced filters, cleaned the furnace, and even swapped out a corroded kitchen vent — all unrelated to our initial concern. Sean Adkins, HVAC & Plumbing Manager, took the time to call us personally, explain the situation, and reassure us. In good faith, he sent his best team to evaluate everything. My wife and I awoke the morning of December 22 to the sound of running water in our kitchen wall. I immediately shut off the main valve and the sound stopped. Knowing it was likely a broken pipe I called a contractor friend. He cut a hole in the wall, saw the problem and recommended Royal Plus. Royal Plus dispatched a repair man as well as remediation team and by the afternoon we at least had water in the house. Our house is about 35 years old and quite a bit of the plumbing is inferior grey pipe. Just another disaster waiting to happen.
