Royal Plus Service/HVAC Department

I live in Ocean Pines, Md. and I just had my upstairs HVAC replaced by Royal Plus. Sean and his team were outstanding! Given this major expense happened right after Christmas, it was a relief that their pricing was very reasonable and Sean included some additional work I needed done in his proposal. His team was extremely professional and friendly. They showed up when they said they would, answered all my questions and made me feel like they treated my home like their own. During the work, they laid down tarps, wore coverings over their boots and after the work, they cleaned up after themselves better than any contractor I've ever worked with. I highly recommend Royal Plus for all your HVAC and plumbing needs. Sean and his team are wonderful to work with!

Horrible company, we'll never use them again. We first used them for a leaking outdoor faucet 2 years ago and they fixed it. A year later (last year) the new faucet they put in froze and burst They fixed the burst pipe in early spring, and it broke again in August. We didn't see the leak because it was filling up our flex hose. When we noticed it was leaking, we called them AGAIN to have them fix THE SAME outdoor faucet for the third time. We figured they would honor their work, the same tech from the last 3 repairs even said he remembers coming to our house. He even said he would check on his end to see what he could do. That obviously didn't happen because we got the most expensive of the 3 repairs ($331!) and didn't honor their work. They claimed we needed yet another faucet.

Service manager excellent but not licensed employee, Austin Barker. Sold an re furbished unit as new and charged as new. He is dishonest - hope Royal Plus does not stand behind him and associate themselves with him. He owes me for the un warrantied unit he stole from a previous job and now says he cannot refund. I have spent all day today speaking with Kathleen and Tony from Royal Plus' legal team. They had no knowledge of his mis representation in selling us a 10 year unit. They are trying their best to help us be reimbursed. Austin Barker is an employee of Royal Plus and he used Royal Plus stationery to invoice us for a new HVAC unit. Royal Plus did not receive any payment made by us; Austin Barker kept the money for the paid in full unit and now says he does not have money to ret

Horrible experience, very unprofessional staff that does not respond to emails of work that was poorly done and unfinished.
