Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. 2–3 years ago, this company installed a skylight for me, and the entire process was irresponsible and sloppy. During installation, one of the workers dropped a large wrench on my floor, leaving a noticeable dent that completely ruined the overall look of the area. What’s worse, they did not even bother to notify me at the time—I only discovered the wrench and the damage when I came home from work. When I called to ask about it, they actually said, “That is not a big deal,” showing zero apology, no compensation, and no professional repair. They just patched it up carelessly, and to this day I still have to cover the spot with a small rug. The most serious issue happened recently when the skylight glass shattered from the inside,

I have “no solicitors” sign right on the door, but this company still insert the business card into my door. Something must be wrong. Please just don’t do it for soliciting. It won’t help but degrade your reputation.
