My Remodel was far less stressful then we imagined and thats a big thank you to roys Builders. From the first meeting with eli, he explained how everything would work from material purchasing, permitting, design etc. We had a general idea for the remodel that didnt work in our home layout but he immediately came up with a new plan that honestly came out even better then we imagined. We genuinely felt comfortable with him from the very beginning. As far as the construction goes, the crew was very respectful, before they even picked up any tools, everything was covered in plastic and paper, every day before they left everything was spotless. Anytime we had any questions or concerns, they answered immediately and took care of whatever was necessary. Overall was just a pleasure to work with

Roy's Builders remodeled our home in a way that beat our expectations in all aspects, including professionalism and timeliness. Right from day one, they kept us informed with all aspects of the construction. They did addition of a new bedroom with bath, remodeling of kitchen and remodeling of master bathroom. They also added more living space by moving the walls. They handled the city permit process so efficiently, and that made the project completion happen in a timely manner. Our house looks now so new and beautiful. We were very comfortable to work with Eli, Roy, Daniel and the rest of team. I highly recommend Roy's Builders for any remodeling or new construction of homes. They are simply the best.

We just finished a full house remodel with Roy’s Builders and honestly we couldn’t be happier. From the very first meeting Eli made us feel confident that we were in good hands. Communication was always clear and consistent, they showed up when they said they would, and the entire process felt smooth even when unexpected things came up (which always happens with remodeling). We hired Roy’s Builders in October 2023 to swap out our old flooring for new “wood look” flooring, scrape our popcorn ceilings, and paint our interior walls. They helped us move all our belongings into our garage and a rented POD. Since our house was built in the 70’s, California building code required our ceilings, walls and floors to be tested for asbestos. Not only was there asbestos in our popcorn ceiling, but the insulation in all the walls was also asbestos positive. We met with Roy’s builders a second time and they informed us that according to the building code the ceilings and walls would have to be demolished and the old asbestos insulation removed. This was an opportunity to have electrical, plumbing, kitchen and bathrooms redone all at once, instead of in stages as we had plann
