We hired this company to fix a leaking urinal, and it is still leaking. My plumbing inspector recently told me the urinal must be repaired properly. We already paid over $300 seven months ago for the same issue, and now we have to hire another company to fix what should have been resolved the first time. Very disappointing.

Worst service ever!! Put a claim in through my home warranty called and told the company what I needed done explained this to several workers several times what the job entailed. They send one person to come fix the issue then he tells me that it’s a two person job and that they would have to come back on Monday. Mind you this was on a Thursday the day before Fourth of July so I got it you know I understood that they couldn’t make it back out until Monday. I called my home warranty to see if they could assign another contractor they weren’t able to, but they went ahead and approved the job and they told me that they would be out Monday. I called today which is Monday. They tell me someone will be out between 10 AM and 1 PM 1 PM comes no one shows up then I call back and she says I’m the ne

Roy's plumbing is fantastic! Always great experience when I use them. They are prompt and their workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to explain what they are going to do. I have used them for leaking faucets, installed a hot water heater to unclogging my sewer drain. Most times they can come the same day.
