Matt was recommended by a friend because my AC had stopped working on Labor Day. Contacted Matt and he was out the next day. Was able to diagnosis the problem to a malfunctioning damper and was back the next day for install. I’ve had multiple companies out to look at my unit due to various issues related to lack of air flow in a zone and I’ve never got a great answer besides Matt and his crew. Had a subsequent issue with my AC not related to the damper on a Saturday at 5 o’clock and Matt stopped by and had us up and running in 20 minutes. Will be recommending RPM to anyone in the future

Justin and Josh did an awesome job removing the huge old oil tank from our basement. I would highly recommend them ! Also this is the only place I called that actually answered their phone.

I own a 7 apartment property located in Haverhill. In February of this year one of my furnaces malfunctioned. I called for help and RPM Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace the very next day. Since February I have rehired RPM and upgraded 4 more furnaces. The workers are fast and skilled in their work, also clean and respectful. I plan on keeping RPM on board as I trust the company to timely and professionally meet my future plumbing needs.
