R&S Floor Covering

R and S Flooring removed the carpet in our bedroom and replaced it with hardwood floors yesterday. Every part of the process was easy - beginning with the home visit and estimate by Joanna. The three men team was courteous, professional, and efficient. They completed the job plus made a repair in another room in under 5 hours. Our other estimate was a good bit higher and would have taken two days. We highly recommend this company!

5 stars! I had an amazing experience with R&S from start to finish! Joanna was absolutely incredible—she helped bring my vision to life in a way I never imagined possible. Her design eye is truly exceptional, and she was so patient with me throughout the entire process. I can be pretty picky, but Joanna handled it all with grace, making sure I was happy every step of the way. She even went above and beyond by meeting me multiple times near my home to make things more convenient for me, and she was always available to answer questions. She didn’t hesitate to step in whenever I needed assistance, and her team—led by German—produced high-quality work. Exceptional service! I have loved working with them. We had two water pipes burst in our house within two months. The first time they came out and laid the floors, they were almost done when the pipe burst again overnight and flooded the brand new flooring. The guys were so nice and helpful - they cleaned up all the standing water for me and took down the damaged baseboards. Sherry has also helped me extensively in talking to my insurance claims adjuster on getting the correct payment for my flooring. I appreciate all this company has done to help me during this not-so-fun time.

We had carpet laid in our house Feb of 2017. We had one snag, the manufacturer was out of the particular carpet we wanted. We had to wait for about 6 wks for our carpet. R&S was helpful, accommodating, and fairly priced. They did everything they could to make the process pleasant even though we had to wait for our carpet. Very glad we got to work with them! We will definitely use them again in the future!
