Original Review (See update below): The pay station in the lobby wouldn’t read my card. The person on the intercom could barely speak. Finally he told me to go to the exit lane and it would work there. It didn’t. I used the intercom again. It took 15 min to exit. He tried to overcharge me. Horrible experience. I will never use this garage again. Update: Although I had issues with the pay stations, the compnay and the local management team contacted me promptly and refunded the incorrect amount charged. I have changed my rating to reflect the speed in resolution and the excellenter interaction with Bryce. Technology has problems and it was great to have the local team react quickly. They will also inspect both pay stations to ensure they are working properly.

Poor customer service. Pay station by elevators said closed. When attempting to pay at the exit, my ticket was not recognized. When I used the assistant button, the first person just told me to keep waiting and then hung up. I called the number on the ticket and got an answering machine. I watched another person in another lane with the same issue be helped within 2 minutes and another helped before I was helped. I was stuck for 20 minutes. When I finally got helped and given a text message to pay, I hadn't even finished driving home before I was being scolded again to pay. I would actively avoid using this company's parking ramps given my experience.

Easy in and out. Can use the skyway to get to Crave and Rock Bottom then simply cross the street to the Orpheum.
