On May 28,2019 RT1 cleaned my carpet per my rental office request. During the visit no one was present in my home. I later discovered my diamond bracelet was missing. I reached out to my rental office who later put me in contact with Gloria Rayburn. During the process of investigation Gloria, hasn’t been the most pleasant person to work with. Per her request I have given her a police report and all she says is her corporate office is doing an investigation. She then tell me to file a claim with my insurance company which I do not feel is appropriate. Business are bonded and insured for situations like this one! During this investigation I’ve asked Gloria to Atleast give me a weekly update or respond to my emails when asked for an update. After no update, I asked her to put me in contact

Poor customer service. I was quoted a price over the phone, but the day of, when the office called to collect payment, the price was nearly double original quote. Due to my schedule I was unable to cancel. Also, while I was able to schedule the day of service, I was not told what time. I did not know when they would be at my residence until 30 minutes before. No problems with technicians or the actual service, but due to the other issues would not recommend or use again.

Everyone from the office staff to the field personnel are awsome !!! As a busy property manager, emergencies come up. RT1 is my absolute go to. The ladies in the office always make my day, its like calling girlfriends. Friendly, funny and are so helpful.

Shane was fantastic and professional. Will definitely be using their services again.
