RTA Cabinets 365

So we decided to update our kitchen. Since new cabinets are very expensive and time consuming we opted to reface. Home Depot, redo cabinets, and several cabinet painters gave us quotes. The price’s were insane for just doors and drawers. I found several smaller contractors to do my entire kitchen and powder room. I even was able to add a few new cabinets. The cabinet company is RTA Cabinets 365. Tony’s crew put the cabinets together and delivered. He also beat all online prices with quality cabinets. The rest of the work was done by independent remodeling contracts. Here is the before and after.

At first I was a little skeptical because the listed business address takes you to a residential area so we called and spoke with Tony. He confirmed this and advised he is a new business in Indiana, branching out from a family business in Plainfield IL and doesn’t have a storefront yet. He was very helpful in finding us navy blue cabinets in a timely manner. His price was competitive and he even assembled them and delivered them to my garage. I am very happy with the product, plywood sides, dovetail drawers, soft close doors and drawers. I highly recommend them, he won’t do you wrong. He can also do countertops for you.

Working with RTA has been the worst experience. Once they get your money, they no longer care. When they shipped the cabinets, they did so on a pallet that could not be lowered by the delivery man and therefore he had to unpack the pallet and boxes were ruined in the delivery. As instructed, we took pictures and sent a claim in less than 48 hours from delivery. From this time on, Nicole has been extremely difficult to work with and had made the process unnecessarily tedious and extremely uncooperative. We sent her pictures of the destroyed boxes - not good enough. She wanted full pictures of the damaged pieces - we sent her those. Then she needed us to identify if they were the right, left or bottom side - without instructions - which were not in the boxes - I asked he how we would

I recently bought several cabinets for a building renovation I am doing. Was skeptical of going this route, but decided to give it a shot. First off, Tony has been great through the entire process. From the get go, he has always been quick to respond. There was a small hiccup, but he took care of the issue immediately. I have found him to be a standup guy that will take care of the customer. Second, I found the quality of the cabinets to be much better than what you find in the big box stores. If you are having any doubts about going this route or purchasing from this company, I can assure you there is no need to worry and that you won't be disappointed.
