Knowledgeable staff, but you have to make an appointment ahead if you want someone to help. But, anytime I have left a message to have their sales associate to call back, they are very poor in returning calls back.

Beautiful showroom with helpful and friendly staff. Definitely recommend an appointment if you're looking for a quick in and out quote as this place is pretty popular (we can see why).

We went to Rubenstein Plumbing to look for a replacement kitchen faucet. When we showed Keith a photo of our old faucet, he said that it was almost a classic, and why not just replace the cartridge. Even though our old faucet was over ten years old, he found and downloaded the specs. then explained to us how to order the part, and that it could be delivered to our address in a day or two. We thanked him, left the showroom, went home and ordered the part. Our positive experience at the Rubenstein Showroom was off the charts, even more so considering that we were not even paying customers. Five stars--- more stars if we could. And to be sure, any future plumbing needs, and we will be back at the Rubenstein showroom.

Beyond impressed w/ Robert!!! Had an amazing experience. As a newbie I was @ a loss…but Robert meticulously walked me through my whole plumbing needs room by room. He filtered through what I needed and weeded out the crap. He presented the info in way that was digestible and not overwhelming. I don’t know how it’s possible, but he also made the experience fun. Great all around guy! 😊
