I'd recommend Ruby Pear Woodworks without reservation! We asked Steve to make a custom hi-fi cabinet for our new record player. We had measurements of the components it would need to house and a budget; that's all he needed to get started on a design. The in-house consultation was great because he could get a sense of our aesthetic and the feeling of the room that would house the cabinet. Plus, he suggested a detail on the doors that we hadn't considered (but loved). He worked hard to make sure we were happy with every phase of the project (design, lumber selection, build) and sent us updates during production. When he delivered the cabinet, it was truly stunning and we were so glad it'll have a place in our home for decades. Sure, hand-made furniture costs more than something you'd get

I got an amazing walnut cutting board from Steve. I couldn't be happier. He and his wife do amazing work. If I had the money I would fill my house with stuff they made. Keep up the good work guys!
