Our recent experience with Rug Rat was terrific! Jaden was more than accommodating showing us every option of carpet, explaining pros and cons and not being pushy with us to get the most expensive. We absolutely love our new carpet-it's beautiful! Cyrus is by far the BEST installer we've ever had!

I will only go there for all my flooring needs. The installer that came out was super great. His name was Russell. Super perfessional and really good at his job. Once he arrived he stayed busy getting the carpetlaid down. Thanks again to Dax for amazing customer service And to Russell the installer for a sweet carpet install. We love it.

We were cheated by this company, BEWARE! We told Rug Rats our cabin had extreme temp variations, a wood burning stove and that we ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT USE LVP. Dax and Shane claimed they could install an expensive miracle type glue down lvp that is meant for cabins and is an industrial strength all weather product. They guaranteed, over and over, that this was this was the PERFECT product for our cabin. Five witnesses were present, WE all sadly believed them. They went as far as to say our other quotes and opinions were not correct because other companies did not know better. Later they gaslighted us saying we insisted on lvp in which we did opposite. We arrived to our cabin to find a mess! Our floor has hundreds of seam bulges, overlapped lvp, gaps and other problems that indicate the ins
