TruGreen Lawn Care

2 years this company took my money and said the fertilized my lawn. Was always yellow and looked dead. Said it was my fault. Watered too much, didn’t aerate it, etc. Finally fired them and spread my own falls fertilizer blend. Second picture is 2 weeks after I did it myself. This company steals money! Never use them.

6/9 Trugreen used granular and liquid fertilizer and grub control. Within 3 or 4 days our yard started to turn brown. Within 2 weeks we had large areas of our yard with dead grass. Trugreen said we should water 4 or 5 days per week. We water 7 days /week. Yard has large areas where the grass has died. And more of our yard is turning brown every day. Our next door neighbors and our neighbors across the street also had Trugreen fertilize their yards and they too are watching their yards die regardless of how much they water it. You can see where the technician drove their machine in circles around our yards and passed back and forth across our yards.

This is the start of my second year with Tru Green. I trust them to apply what my lawn needs when it's needed. My lawn has improved from last year. My technician has kept me informed and what works best for my lawn. Thanks to the crew.

I initially contacted True Green because their website advertised a sprinkler winterization (blow-out) service. After waiting on hold for approximately 20 minutes, I was informed that the company no longer offers this service. Subsequently, I began receiving an excessive number of sales calls, often up to five times a day. While I remained courteous initially, I eventually made it clear that I was not interested in any of their services. Despite explicitly stating my lack of interest, the calls continued relentlessly, forcing me to block their number. My overall experience was very poor, marked by misleading information regarding services offered and aggressive, persistent sales tactics even after a request to stop. I cannot recommend this company

TruGreen did our Lawn Service this morning. He came to the door to let us know that he was here and told us what he would be doing today. Ask if we had any lawn concerns that needed to be address. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
