The Home Depot

I recently needed to track down a model number for a garage door opener that I purchased several months ago. I reached out to Home Depot in Pocatello, and eventually was put in touch with Amanda in customer service. Amanda went to an amazing effort to retrieve my prior purchase details, look through several systems and ask questions about the unit I had purchased, and eventually was able to track down the exact model number for a warranty issue I had. She made it easy and worked hard to ensure I had a good experience. 10/10 would recommend, great customer service experience!

Home Depot has great prices and a massive selection. Just don't expect to find the best of the best here, or to find many workers who are experts. For those things, it is better to seek out expert places.

The Home Depot and Idaho State University along with the local Building Contractors Association of Southeast Idaho put on the annual Construction Combine. The support from these 3 entities along with the support of the local National guard is an amazing event. We have been so lucky to have been apart of this since its inseption 7 years ago. wanted to give a big shout out to Home Depot for sponsoring and supporting such a great event.

I tried to go to that other store the other day. Nice people and all, but not the same. I just know where everything is even though this was my first time in this home depot. The lady at the pro desk was very nice and professional and helped me bundle up my molding. Great place great service.

Bought this quick set concrete in bags... Opened them, and half of the bag(s) were already set. Therefore, it is unusable. Tried to get a refund and customer service was awful wouldn't even give us a store credit. Wanted us to haul back the concrete bags even when we had our receipt and picture to prove they came this way... Lowes would never!!!
