Extremely displeased with the complete lack of service from Rugtomize. Their ordering system was confusing and full of errors. Even after multiple system errors and correcting the address twice, they still shipped our $1800+ custom rugs to the wrong address over 1200 miles away. Delivery was two full weeks late—causing us to miss our important trade show despite rush approval and clear instructions. They refused a UPS label to redirect to the proper address or accept a return, hiding behind unread fine print. Post-sale emails were limited, vague, poorly written, and useless. Aligns with other complaints on order inaccuracies, delays, and terrible communication. Avoid this company entirely.

Absolutely love my rug! Turned out better than I was expecting. I am always skeptical ordering things online, but it was fast and easy. Ordering was very simple and the delivery of the product was exceptional. I loved that the rug came with a letter thanking me for the order. They kept me informed through the whole process. I will be ordering another rug.

I see why this business has so many bad reviews. I paid $400 for a rug that’s basically paper-thin. It doesn’t hold up to foot traffic, and it slides all over the floor. I bought it to place outside my business to help keep rain from being tracked into the salon. I’ve had it for one week and it’s already not usable — it stains instantly and now looks ugly and worn.
