What an extraordinary difference! Before, none of the condo's windows closed properly or opened easily; now they're fully functional & offer the bonus of energy efficiency & superior noise reduction. The windows fold inward, so it will be easy to clean the outside (which is essential because we're on the top floor). There wasn't anything I needed to do to clean up after installation — the team took great care to protect the floors & pick up both inside and outside when the work was finished. Aaron was great! I feel bad that I didn't think to take "before" pictures but there is such a difference. He came to talk with us and make a plan before we ordered the door and windows (we replaced all of our windows and the front door) and followed-up with a great front door suggestion - which we totally went with.
