I had a great experience from start to finish with Runland Painting. Mason was very informative and detailed in his on-site visit and estimate. He was prompt to answer my questions and concerns. He even went out of his way to provide a quick estimate on some other work we plan on doing in the future. Jorge the crew lead and his crew very nice and respectful and grateful for my business. They did a great job painting the fascia board, trim around the doors, and eaves. They communicated with me the entire time and keeping me up to date as the weather was changing and worked with my schedule as I had other work being done at my house. I would use Runland Painting again for any future painting needs.

We hired Runland Painting to paint our 109 year old school house and we highly recommend them! They painted house, railings, detached garage and several hundred feet of picket fence. John, Mason, Justin and crew were awesome to work with! Always professional, friendly and on time. They stayed in communication with us throughout the entire project. They arrived a couple weeks in advance to pressure wash buildings and fences. The crew spent several days prepping the house for painting (caulking, scraping, peel bonding; etc.) Any minor issues that we had were dealt with. No details overlooked. Thank you Runland Painting! Runland Painting did an outstanding job on our house. They removed old gutters, trimmed back facia, replaced a few pieces of rotted LP siding , caulked every trim seam , painted house, and hung new gutters . This was a great experience and the workers were here on time everyday and worked very hard . There attention to detail was excellent .
