We chose Runyon roofing after hail damage due to their thorough inspection and advice for improving our roof ventilation and chimney repair with concern for the entire roof system. Roof replacement, and soffit ventilation were done on our house with attention to detail and no shortcuts. They did an excellent job and had a team of 6 with all the appropriate equipment which made the project complete in 4 days. Took good care of the surrounding deck and yard. Carlos supervised the project and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Manny and the other workers went the extra mile to touch up some siding while they had the paint out. There was good communication whenever a question arose or decision needed to be made and we always knew what was going on.

Carlos and his crew did an excellent job! They discovered the original early 1980’s plywood and recommended that we replace it before the new shingles went on. It was worth the extra money and peace of mind. Every detail that was covered in our quote was executed flawlessly. Our Sales Rep Greg was a pleasure to work with. Our contract required replacement of roof decking where needed, insertion of baffles, skylight removal and replacement, installation of bathroom exhaust vents, installation of soffit panels and fascia, removal and replacement of siding and cedar trim, installation of six inch gutters and guards, and a chimney wash. Runyon and Sons Roofing provided a team of professionals to complete the project just as promised. They were polite and punctual. They displayed a positive work attitude and ethic; and by all observations, enjoyed working together. They took every measure to protect our windows and property.
