Russell & Abbott Heating and Cooling

I am new to this company and they treated me like a long time valued customer! It was a two day experience because we had to get a part so I got to meet two wonderful techs, Steven and Logan. They were both awesome and explained things to me and took pics which I was able to share with my husband who was at work while everything was being discussed/decided. We had a vacation planned and really needed this fixed quick and Steven and Logan both came thru!!!! I am so happy that I have signed up for a maintenance plan with Russell & Abbott and will never use anybody else. Part of the maintenance plan was cleaning my hvac which I was not even expecting!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

This will be my second business review ever, but after today it needs to happen. If you want the TL;DR, Russell & Abbott technician was out for an appointment working on our HVAC, misstepped in our attic and crashed through our ceiling leaving a huge hole and damaged insulation. Which will make the issues we had them coming out for (cooling our upstairs) significantly worse until whenever they decide to fix the damage their technician caused. We've had a service contract with Russell and Abbott since we bought our house last fall, both mine and my fiancé's first house. Since then, we've had to have them out at least 6 or 7 times to work on our upstairs unit (that was bought from and installed by them). It basically just cannot keep up with need. If the temperature outside is 85ish+ degree

Jesse and Brenden did an outstanding job! They showed up on time and got right to work. We are very happy with the final product and we highly recommend Russell & Abbott.

Jesse and Aaron did a great job installing our new Furnace. They were on time, very professional, and explained everything. Now we can rest easy, and warm, this winter!

Jeff and Cole were excellent technicians. They explained what they did and made recommendations for the future. Very knowledgeable, friendly and mindful of owners' property. Looking forward to continuing our service contract for 2024. Jeff Jones was great ! He made recommendations to keep our system working and was very helpful when I asked questions. I highly recommend Russell & Abbott.
