Honest and good work, used them twice, once a couple years ago when thermostat went out Saturday of Labor Day weekend when 95 degrees, here in a couple of hours. Used them again last month for stopped up AC drain, and while at it, had them check my units. Both checked out good, and got away with what I thought a fair price. The thing is, one of these heat pump units is an unheard of 35 years old. All the tech had to say is your unit is bad, needs replacing and I would have forked over the thousands of dollars for new unit. Instead he said ”working fine, doesn’t even need Freon”. They will be back when I need AC or heat pump work done.

This company has two of the true gems in the field of customer service! I mean my gratitude to Ms. Shannon Cole, my first contact with Rutledge Air Services will not be forgotten. Her ability to get things rolling quickly was truly nothing short of amazing! and Ryan (the greatest service technician I've met in a really long time!)was very knowledgeable about the air conditioning unit and what's really amazing is he was super personable; which made me feel at ease and he fixed the issue expeditiously. Rutledge is definitely first in class!! Don't change a thing!!

Rutledge heating and air should be your company regardless of who you have now. I called this morning and Mason Smith showed up within an hour. He was polite and made sure everything was working before he left. Shannon was also nice to speak with this morning as well. She made sure we had someone out here as soon as possible. I will be purchasing their maintenance contract soon.

I unfortunately paid this company a $75 fee to determine what was causing the problems with my AC unit. Upon receiving the quote of $698 I requested services be rendered as soon as possible. I was told that services would be completed that Tuesday anywhere between 8am-9:30. I waited and no one showed up so I called again and they apologized and I then was placed back on the schedule for Friday between 2pm-4pm no one showed up again. I’ve called several times only to keep having messages being taken. Please do not waste your time with this company. My family has now been without air for over a week because I continued to wait on their arrival.

I've used this company since moving into this home Feb 2021 since the previous owners used you and never had any issues until recently. I tried to get yall to come out to do my maintenance and was told to call April or May since it's hotter and it will be better. I have called a bunch of times and no one has called me back. I have left voicemail messages but no one has reached back out to me. I called someone else.
