i had RYG Chimney Service come out to clean my chimney, which hadn’t been touched in a long time. devin was very professional and made sure to use protective drop cloths so my carpet stayed clean. while cleaning, he found that the top of my chimney was missing a proper cover and there was debris and even a few birds that had made their way inside. they came back out to take care of it, cleaned everything up, and installed a new screen cover so nothing can get in again. both times, they showed up on time, were super friendly, and made me feel comfortable that my fireplace is now safe and ready to use. i’m really happy with the whole experience.
