Splendid Flooring

We decided to upgrade our Vinyl flooring to Engineered hardwood and contacted Splendid Flooring. Spoke with Michael and he was great to work with. We described what we were looking for and he provided several options. With 4 kids, two dogs and busy social life we needed floors that were going to be durable. Michael recommended a couple of options including a vinyl flooring option. We were blown away with the quality of the Vinyl that we chose it over the engineered hardwood option. We were prepared to spend a lot more than we did on this project and Michael never tried to sell us the more expensive option. I found Splendid Flooring online and after visiting the website decided to submit a request for a quote. I received a call in less than 10 minutes from Jay. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I asked a ton of questions and he was very thorough answering all of them. He never pressured me and provided a quote that was only slightly better than others that I had received but none of the other guys made me feel like I was a VIP the way Splendid Flooring did. I found a beautiful engineered hardwood floor on their website and asked for a sample. I received the sample in a few days and it looked exactly like the image on their website. We ordered 1200 sq. ft. and after installing it in our home it looked amazing. We decided to re-order another 800 sq.ft. for upstairs. Couldn’t be happier with the floor. My wife loves them. I Placed my order online.  When the product arrived it looked exactly as it looked in the photo’s online.  We ordered Laminate flooring and couldn’t be happier with these floors.  I’ve already referred my neighbor who is a contractor and he purchased too.

Super helpful and friendly. Sent me samples from 2 different manufacturers and took the time to help me understand the difference between the two. I was really unsure which floor to choose. It ended up taking me a few weeks to decide and Jay was totally patient with me and never pressured me. Great company to work with. Will use them again for sure!
