As the owner of an AC business I found Joey, a representative at the counter to be rude, unhelpful and disrespectful! I called in for some information not having an account. I told Joey I would definitely be willing to open an account to move forward but I just wanted to confirm that they would be able to help me out with my specific situation before proceeding. Unfortunately like most kids now and days, Joey doesn't do one cent of work above his pay grade and doesn't understand the concept of great customer service or going above and beyond for your customers.
