Here is the sad part, the service has been great. We have no complains with the service. However, we had completed our agreement/contract and decided the ongoing expense after 2 years, didn't make sense. I knew going into the phone call to cancel, there would be an attempt to "save" us and keep us signed on. Which there was. I kindly declined, was then transferred to a "manager" who I was more than pleasant with, but the relentless harassment and not taking NO for an answer has completely ruined my experience. There is no excuse for someone to continue to fight me on my wishes to terminate this service. No after no after no after no. 23 minute phone call until I finally snapped and lost my patience. Do better Saela! I've been in sales. Get a couple "no's". But 15 + is beyond ridiculous.

These guys have been amazing this year. Very organized, and accommodating. I love how they text before they come out and confirm any details or special areas of focus. We do go, Frank!

Frank was terrific with me. He spent a lot of time showing me the extent of the rodent problem and what was needed and how to treat it. He also sprayed around the building and lawn to keep out other rodents. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. 5 star rating all around for his treatment, explanations and services

Frank dud an excellent job of performing today’s service. He called before he came and checked in with us both before and after his work. He asked if we had been having any particular problems and then checked of those issues during his treatment. He was friendly, helpful and professional. We welcome him back to our home again.

This is the most difficult company I’ve ever dealt with. They overcharge, make it impossible to deal with a customer service rep, and continually bill us after we’ve cancelled the service! We hired them via a door to door salesperson (buyer beware) and their technicians have no authority to change things. I cancelled via phone call, text and email response to their “give us a review” automation. Horrible experience. All of that still didn’t work. Then they kept sending technicians to do the service. I asked him how to cancel, he gives me a number not in my state. I call them. They tell me I have to call the local franchise, and they don’t answer the phone! Stay away at all costs!!!
