I purchased a safeway garage door in 2022. Installers did a fantastic job Rick from door to doors. In May 2025 less than two years of having my garge door. There were several cracks that started at the top of the garge door then another one in the middle. Clearly with all these cracks so early into having my new door would be a manufacturer defect. I had my installers come and see what they thought I needed to do. They informed the garage door is defective and needs to be replaced. I was in disbelief as my garge door was fairly new. Safeway garge doors have been just terrible. My installer initiated a claim back in May. We are now into July and still no response. No one wants to take accountability. OTR driver here, I had a great experience here. The staff is super friendly. I dropped my trailer in the evening and upon returning in the morning they were loading it. I happened to have a minor mechanical issue on my trailer (in NO way related to my trailer being left in their hands) and the lady in the office was understanding and friendly about the situation considering I was blocking a loading dock. Thankfully, the issue was quickly resolved and I was on my way and out of theirs. The lot is mostly dirt but is very well lit at night. Plenty of room to maneuver and back.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Lady was rude on the phone, I have a issue with a new door opener they installed and lady treated me like a idiot because I have no idea about garage doors. Stops a inch or so from the bottom and let's cold air in. Then when I open it at the top it beeps and lights flash. Only answer I got was it was going to cost a minimum of 105 dollars for someone to come out and look at it. Awesome, paid good money and the installer was nice but customer service after they get your money stinks
