Chris arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gave us clear options for fixing the problem. He was professional, kind, and very honest, explaining everything in a way we could easily understand. We love working with this family-owned business; they truly care about their customers. Chris Thornburg was professional and friendly to work with on our outdoor faucet replacement. The faucet froze and failed over the winter. He gave us a "i'll be there in 25 min" call while in route, and he had the part on his truck so he was able to do the work right away. I highly recommend Chris!
