Hello Kevin, My apologies if I am emailing the wrong person to deal with this issue however it appears to be my only option. My company has been trying to get washer fluid for well over a month now with promised deliver, call back dates and times being totally ignored. I am very frustrated with Safety-Kleen treating us like this as we have been a long time customer. I need to have our tanks removed from our basement immediately so I can find a reliable and honest source. This saddens me as we used to get great service and now we just get literally no call returns, emails or follow through. Its been over a year with horrible customer service and this is just unacceptable and disrespectful.

Be very cautious of this organization. I recently had them service our oil separator tank at our dealership as well as clean drains. This service has been completed by them in the past many times. WE run an extremely clean shop no speedy dry allowed. They had 1250 gallons of solids which I find impossible as the past 15 years there was less then 300 gallons. They showed up when I was out of the office and never provided a quote just a bill with some outrageous #"s. I find it ironic that each and every time they serviced us they had a work sheet with solids and liquids as they stick the tank every time. BUT NOT this time. JUST A BILL?? I asked the manager if the policy changed..."NO" just didn't do a work sheet? OK look at my history how can this be? LOOK OUT for these guys they are not

This company is the worst. They came and picked up my waste oil and wanted payment at time of service, which I paid. Then they sent an invoice to my business for the same service that my wife paid. I contacted the company may times to get a refund for the mistake, and a month and a half later I still have not received my refund.

First you can hardly get a hold of anyone in their local office and if you do , be very careful dealing with this company make sure you check pricing very very carefully before signing anything as they will give you a contract with no pricing , they charged me 7.00 per gallon for waste frying oil pick up ....outrageous there are companies they will pick it up for free as they make the profit with the waste material after processing , so again make sure you read the small print ( still no pricing) and every thing in between.....

Most friendly people you would ever meet. Very professional place and not over managed. Update: nothing has changed. People still amazing
