My husband and I worked with SAGA from start to finish. From purchasing our lot to constructing our home. They were so knowledgeable about the entire process and accommodating with our requests. What should have been a stressful process was actually stress free. Our home came out beautiful and was completed on time and on budget. Disgusting neglect by SAGA Construction and Realty. The company has owned this historic hotel in the heart of the Edenton, NC historic downtown for 8 years and not maintained it on the inside or outside. As a result, it has been vandalized and poses a public safety risk.
