Ryan was referred to me by the Structural Engineer employed to assess auto impact damage to my home. As I respect this Engineer, his good opinion of Ryan had substance. Indeed, my first impression of Ryan was trustworthy, intelligent, competent, and approachable. Knowing my project was in good hands allowed me to relax. From the start, Ryan was upfront. He didn’t give me unreasonable expectations but let me know that the multiple permits required by the City of Bellevue prevented uninterrupted work. Still, the project was always in forward motion. Communication was good so I always understood what was happening and why. Being included in dialog with the Engineer and invited to site inspections was so appreciated.
