Sam and his team performed miracles on our the floors of our historic home in Saco. Within one week of my call, Sam and his team descended on our home and completed everything in a single weekend. I was so pleased I had them come back to strip our painted hallway stairs. They too turned out beautifully. Sam is a true professional and great at communicating everything about the project. Pricing was very very reasonable.

My 20 year old floor was turning from yellow to black and had dents and cracks throughout. Sam's team came over and knocked out the sanding and coating in one day. He noticed we had a dog and kids and recommended 3 coats due to the high traffic. The floors look really great and are rugged with the multiple coats.

Hired Sam via a Refferal. His work was some of the best I’ve seen. I had 4 different styles of hardwood all going different directions In my old home. Sam made them all look brand new with a beautiful stain on it that looked awesome on every floor type. Price was also very competitive !
