Sam's Club

I have had terrible experience trying to pick anything up here. The associates themselves are very pleasant and helpful, once you are able to get someone. But there in lies the issue. Calling in for help has had 0 success for me. Today, i waited 20 min on hold, and i got through to 1 person who put me back on hold. The entire point of reserved pick up is so that you dont have to go in the store. The last 3 times ive picked up, I had to go into the store, wait for an associate to go to the pick up area and find my product, then I take the material outside. I dont have access to the app, how else is this supposed to work? Im sorry, the store itself looks fine, but logistically they need help.

I was in the store yesterday night (2/6/26) and bought a bunch of totes, while putting them in my cart they scratched up the back of my hand and I was bleeding a little bit. I went to self checkout and, I wish I had gotten her name, but the woman working was the nicest most pleasant person I have ever encountered at this store. Unprompted, she came over and genuinely asked how my day was and if I had found everything, I apologized but asked if she had a bandaid close by to cover my scratches and she immediately went to find me one. When she came back she even helped me put the bandaid on and said she hopes I get home safe. She deserves a raise and recognition for genuinely caring about the customers coming through, you don’t find that in people very often. Thank you so much again!

Great store and customer service of employees. Rotisserie chicken was not fully cooked. The outer skin was very dark. Center of chicken was between pink and red and some of the meat near the bone was bloody. We traveled to far to return the chicken. I'll never buy hot rotisserie chicken there ever again. Employees must check all cooked foods before placing out for sales. All Sam's Club stores and Walmart stores have this same issue.

I pay for my groceries.. I pay for my membership.. And you still have so little regard for your customers that you allow third party salespeople to harass your customers on your own property while actively spending money in your establishments.. I don’t understand why this doesn’t draw more absolute rage than it does.. But it will always draw a bad review from me. Treat your customers better.

These look so good had to choose one was hard cause at least 2-3 would be my favorite she said they are there everyday till 4 PM
