Sam's Club

Good afternoon, I was in store yesterday and was actually shocked The girls bathroom had two stalls (closed, three of them had stuff in toilet and there was toilet paper all Over the floors As I was going in An employee was leaving (so I Know she noticed the mess) After I went to bathroom, As I was coming out of stall (another worker just left her stall and walked directly out the door) without washing her hands. I looked all around the store to talk with someone and couldn’t find anyone As I was finishing up shopping , . I couldn’t find the sushi?, so I looked around, no one in sight again I looked to my left and seen a girl actually “sitting on pallets in the vegetables, texting” I then went to get some cat litter and was surprised to find the big bin of garlic cloves sitting On t

Impressive inventory. My cashier was very friendly and helpful. Store is hugh. They could use people working on the floor to be friendlier and assist customers find purchases. Not avoid eye contact!

We love our local Sam's Club. It has some excellent ready to go food and other "stuff". I've never had a bad experience from this location and my family shops here alot, (family cookouts, fund raisers, general produce). The folks are friendly and the food court efficient with lots of happy tummies.

I love Sam’s Club and never have problems when I go to any of the locations other than ZANESVILLE. The café is one of my kids favorites and for some reason there is never food ready and it is always a 20 minute to a half an hour wait while majority of the workers stand around. I saw one gentleman tonight busting butt cooking pizzas and the other person making pizzas but three others just stood around. I just don’t get it. Kudos to the two people that were kicking butt and shame on the others for standing there watching them. This is not an isolated incident by the way, the café has gone downhill over the last year.

Came into the store to try to find the last piece of the bathroom set and the color that we needed was out but an associate Jerry helped us out and found that they still had some in the back and within a few minutes he came back with exactly what we were looking for,
