SAN JOSE CARPET CLEANING

I recently had a highly disappointing encounter with this San jose carpet cleaning company that left me frustrated and inconvenienced. Despite scheduling an appointment well in advance, the company failed to confirm it, disregarded its importance, and ultimately ruined my day by not showing up at all. As a result, not only did I miss out on the service I desperately needed, but it also affected other appointments I had planned for that day. First and foremost, communication with this company was abysmal. After reaching out to schedule an appointment, I received a date and time, which I promptly confirmed. However, when the scheduled day approached, I never received any confirmation from the company. I tried contacting them multiple times through phone calls and emails, but all my attempts

This was the first time I've used CARPET CLEANING IN SAN JOSE. From the moment I talked to them on the phone to the job being completed, they were very professional and courteous. Needless to say the job was great and very affordable. I shopped around with 5 different companies and nobody came close to his price. His work was outstanding and all the stains that I thought would never come out did. Im having him come back and clean 6 more offices.

Highly recommend CARPET CLEANING IN SAN JOSE. The technician came in and was very professional. He was honest and did a great job removing the stains on my carpet. He explained to me what to expect after he was done and lived up to his words. I'll definitely use them again.

They were very dirty after having them in storage for a couple years. They showed up and cleaned the furniture and were very professional. I appreciate their hard work. My furniture looks amazing and they used environmentally friendly products too so my dogs were not going to be affected. Awesome job!!! I will definitely use again.

I met Ben and his mate. Within an hour and a half my carpets were cleaned. An excellent job. They were both very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended. I would certainly recommend this company. 5 stars all round.
