Having had root problems in my duplex rental property sewer lateral for years, I finally decided to fully address the problem. It re-appeared this time on a weekend and I had to pay the premium for getting the drain to flow. I had used Santa Rosa Plumbing a few times in the past but this time they were too busy to provide an immediate response. The company I did call was more expensive and I learned the following weekend that they only punched a whole in the clog which allowed a flow but didn't really clear the drain. However, they did take the opportunity to try and sell a major repair. The second weekend Santa Rosa Plumbing came out and actually cleared the drain.
