Michael is awesome. He showed up on multiple pour days and made sure the trucks didn't skip a beat. Both people I spoke with at dispatch knew who I was before I even called and that always makes things streamlined. Call backs were ordered and sent quickly and kept anything from drying too fast. Finish contractors were surprised at how quick the call back was and that's always good.

Lost 400.00 in labor charges today. A crew of 5 sitting around for 3. 0 hrs waiting on concrete. If you have a work force problem ,tell you customers up front. Don’t keep telling them time you can’t deliver on . Time is money, this crew at Santee Ready Mix. needs to go back to school to learn business etiquette. If this type of business continues it won’t be in business long. Word of mouth rules!!!!

NEVER use this company. They are not dependable and unreliable. Their promise of delivery means nothing. After waiting hours with a cement crew ready to work the cement,, we called the company asking where the truck was at and was told it was not coming. We found another company to order from.

They gave us a time and arrived 3 hours later. Within 5 minutes it started pouring rain. The rain lasted several hours and my newly poured patio was ruined. They refused to rectify the situation and left us with a troublesome patio.
