Satisfaction Painting

Sharing this so no one else will have to go through what we are going through. This is lack of leadership and quality of work. We did a complete remodel on our home and Satisfaction Painting was hired to do our exterior and interior paint. We had several issues throughout the process. Our house is less than 2000 sq ft and charged hourly for the job. We were billed 652.50 hours from start to finish, painters were not here daily Monday - Friday it was off and on. Depending on construction schedule. The biggest issue was they did not paint and prep properly. They painted walls first by spray not paint rollers and then used blue tape to tape off so they could paint the trim around the house. When removing the blue tape it completely removed interior wall paint throughout the whole house

The name "Satisfaction" for this company is a misnomer! Satisfaction agreed to strip and re-stain a cabinet to match the trim and doors they had previously stained throughout our new home. When we gave them our cabinet we also supplied them with the original can of stain given us after our house woodwork was stained and also gave them a piece of the stained home trim. After 3 months they "finished" and charged us over $1700, but failed to inform us they had "changed" the stain color to "better match" in their opinion. They never consulted with us about changing the stain. The re-finished cabinet also had numerous "light" areas where Satisfaction did not get the stain to apply evenly. We have used Satisfaction Painting for several years for both inside and outside work. They perform in a professional manner. They are very well organized and we highly recommend them.
